What to do over the weekend

ON BORROWED TIME is a play by By Paul Osborn, from the novel by L. E. Watkin. It will be playing at Town & Country Players from August 3rd to August 18th.  This is a family friendly show dealing with the fears that grandfather has concerning what will happen to his young orphaned grandson after his death. It takes a turn when the Angle of Death comes for Gramps and the old man tricks him into situation where the Angel is trapped in the tree and cannot take Gramps or anyone else.  State Street Players own Joe Perignat is appearing in the production.  From my standpoint, anything Joe is in must be good.  Joe has been an audience favorite at the State Street Productions for many years and over the last several years he has appeared in numerous Town and Country shows. Joe was nominated for a Perry Award, New Jersey Community Theater’s Tony Awards, for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Play for his work on LAUGHTER ON THE 23RD FLOOR.
