Jesus Christ Superstar- first show is tonight at 8:00 at the Keswick Theater in Glenside. Tickets are available online at: http://www.keswicktheatre.com/
The show is fantastic and a wonderful way to celebrate the Easter Season. I saw it two years ago and thoroughly enjoyed the production. The music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Tim Rice are timeless and engulf the audience in the experience.
Shows are Thursday and Friday at 8:00 pm and Saturday at 5:00 and 9:00 pm.
Bucks County resident Rafael Soto-Gil is the conductor for this Midnight Productions show. Rafael also plays for State Street Players and plays many a Friday evening at Los Sarapes in Chalfont.
Tina Margot, singer songwriter and SSP choreographer, is a dancer in the show. You can enjoy her music at a variety of venues throughout Bucks County. Tina also hosts an open mic night at M.O.M.s in Doylestown on Tuesday evenings.
Hope you are able to make the trek to Glenside and enjoy the Superstar experience.
thanks for the shout Kathy…hope you can make it to the show one night. xoxo
Kathy, thank you very much for the plug. We had a great opening night and the audience was very appreciative. The show has many changes in interpretation, lights, sound, etc. and it is even better than 2 years ago. I am very proud to be a part of it and to be performing at The Keswick Theater in Glenside, PA. I hope you and your blog readers get a chance to see it.
